The apartment is distinguished by a combination of history, tranquility and striking accents: the old molding of the living room and vintage window frames pay homage to the past, Lighting from the EDIZIONI design over the dining table, black metal stairs and Gleb Bogomolov’s painting from Marina Gisich’s gallery reflect modernity. Sculpturesque circles as the character of apartment is preserved in the expressive arches, pedestals, chandeliers and mirrors of the house of the XVIII century. The unusually high ceilings of old houses on Marata street unlocked imagination of designer: it allowed making two-level apartments and placing wardrobe and bathroom into the mezzanine.
